Advocacy in Action is designed for inclined white women who care deeply about racial equity and want to grow as advocates — not with shame, but with grace, purpose, and clarity.

This is program is perfect for you if…

  • You’re a coach, therapist, educator, DEIB leader, or nonprofit professional who believes in equity but wants a more grounded, graceful way to lead this work.

  • You’re passionate about racial equity and desire greater impact in your conversations at home, in your community, and the world at large.

  • You’re someone who has read the books, listened to the podcasts, attended the trainings — but you're still asking: “How do I show up in real life without causing more harm?”

  • You’ve felt paralyzed by fear of saying the wrong thing or being performative, and you're ready to move past that — with tools and confidence.

  • You want to advocate in ways that are transformational, not transactional — rooted in heart, not ego.

  • You’re tired of feeling like you're tiptoeing or shutting down in hard conversations — and you're looking for a supportive space to build courage.

  • You don’t just want to be an ally — you want to be a grace-centered leader for equity, justice, and community healing.

If you’ve been quietly but deeply committed to equity… and you’re ready to grow into the kind of advocate this world needs — this is your invitation.

You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be willing.

To be successful in this program you should know…

  • This program doesn’t cover basic 101 education on racism, white privilege, or allyship. This program centers action.

  • Your willingness to reflect, receive feedback, or consider new approaches is necessary for success.

  • Your understanding that racial equity requires ongoing action, skill-building, and accountability, and this is a space to do that.

  • Being part of this community is focused on mutual growth and learning without needing to be right.
